Guangzhou sampling baby food 20 batches of samples did not exceed the standard

Guangzhou City Consumer Council announced the results of the earlier comparative test of infant, larger infant and toddler formula. After testing, all 20 batches of samples met the requirements of national food standards and quality indicators of product labeling.
The 20 batches of samples used in the comparative test were randomly purchased by the CC staff as ordinary consumers together with the testing station staff in local supermarkets and mom-and-pop stores, and the Guangzhou Institute of Quality Supervision and Inspection was commissioned to test the samples.
The comparative test mainly focuses on the content of the mandatory national standards, the items that are prone to problems, as well as the indicators and key parameters involved, testing commodities including infant formula, older infants and toddler formula. The infant formula testing items include protein, fat, linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid ratio, etc.
After testing, 20 batches of samples all meet the national food standards and product labeling quality indicators. 10 batches of infant formula, including "Abbott", "Kruger", "Parlour", "Nestle" "Mead Johnson" "Wyeth" "Hershey's" "Golden Crown" and other trademarked goods.
Large infants and toddlers formula 10 batches, including "Baymax", "Wyeth", "Abbott", "Beji Kang ""Golden Crown"" "Nestle" "Mead Johnson" "Kerrigan" and other trademark goods. From the market situation, the sampled infant formula into the quality of acceptance of strict quality control, the quality of goods is good.
